A new regular feature for On Landscape is a look into the photographic rucksack. If you're anything like me this changes on a regular basis and depends on where you're going but it's always interesting to see what people take with them and how they organise it. The feature will come in two forms, a short video view or a photo gallery.

If you want to send in your own WIYB feature please provide between two and four photos of your bag in various stages of undress and a photograph of your chosen weapon sitting on it's tripod and/or a short video uploaded to youtube describing the items in your bag.. If you can also include a kit list and a short description of why, how, what or anything particularly interesting that would be great. Oh - and don't forget to send a head and shoulders photo, black and white please 400px by 500px.

In the meantime take a look at Bruce Cairns showing us around his bag on a recent trip to the Yorkshire Dales on a workshop with Joe Cornish and David Ward by clicking 'here'.

We're open to suggestions on how the feature works going forward.

Here's the basics of what we're after:

  1. 2-4 photographs of your bag including a top down view and also a shot with your camera and tripod in action (1000px longest edge).
  2. A head and shoulders shot to include with the piece (400px by 500px black and white)
  3. A list of all of the items (with a little description of each if no obvious).
  4. A walkthrough video (feel free to send a link to youtube/vimeo/whatever)

Oh and there will be a chance to win a years free subscription for those that take part - more information about that to come.
