These images were taken on a camping trip with my 4 yr old son in early summer 2012. The location for the images is by Morar on the Road to the Isles in the North West of Scotland. It was our first trip to the area, and as a result of the images here, it has been a regular venue since.
These images were taken about 10pm, and the light was almost an explosion of colour. It was important for me to harness the light and to give the images context and structure, with strong compositions aimed for on all four images. The 4 pictures, as suggested in the title, were taken approximately 15 minutes from the first to the last. I did feel a little pressure of composing correctly given the glorious conditions and not wanting to 'mess it up.' I came away very pleased with the result, and feel they provide an accurate time lapse of that glorious evening.
