Road to ElgolAlison TaylorI was on my way to pay my first visit to Elgol when I saw an interesting line of trees on the side of the road with the Cuillins forming a dramatic backdrop. I didn’t stop as I wanted to catch the tide but I decided that I would stop on my return drive. Later in the day I was excited to see some fabulous cloud billowing around the mountains from the melting snow so the photograph I took was far more interesting than it would have been in the morning. There was still some snow but it was melting quickly. more
