It’s been a busy January so far. Having lost a bit of time from flu/covid/plague, I was quickly knee deep in prepping the NLPA awards book for printing. Fortunately, all of our entrants were speedy with supplying the content and so it was only me that wasn’t finished while on press. Writing content and having a few minutes left before the plate is being made to go on press keeps you on your toes! Hopefully, the end result will be satisfying for people.

The printing this time has been an absolute pleasure, Johnson’s of Nantwich have overhauled their ripping process and upgraded to a new printing standard and I have to say the results from press were looking better than the inkjet proofs and I made no changes on press at all! The book should be bound and ready by the end of February but if you would like to preorder a copy, we have a 15% discount for readers with the code “onlandscape315” which you can use here. Now that’s done, I’m working on our extended PDF (stories from each photographer about the images included in the book).
